How did you hear about Ting?

I had never heard of Ting before, [and I had some problems at first for a short while] but since then, your service has been absolutely impeccable with zero downtime!

How has your experience been since making the switch to Ting?

I’m extremely happy with the overall experience of Ting. Understandably, there was a little trouble getting started. The internet is very fast, which is commensurate with my new business’s needs. No regrets—indeed, it’s the way to go. I tend not to “gush” about new things because I don’t like change, but I recognize this is necessary and would be very positive [about Ting]. I’m impressed by the lack of downtime over the years.

Why is it important for your business to have fast and reliable internet service?

For our electronic medical records, I need the high upload speeds that Ting affords. My challenge is to find user machines here at the office that can keep up with Ting, not vice versa.

What would you say to a business that is hesitant to switch to a local provider like Ting?

Neighbors who continue to use competitors have complained, and many have switched to Ting. Any business [really needs] to move to an area served by fiber-optic internet.

Anything else you’d like to share?

I remember being very happy and impressed with the City of Westminster working with Ting to [bring Westminster] fiber-optic cables. Copper will not do going forward, so that change is a great long-term business decision.
